How does it work?
To make this process quick, easy, and stress-free, we’re happy to apply for a monthly metro card on your behalf! Once your personal metro card is ready, we’ll send you a message via WhatsApp and you’ll be able to pick it up in our office. Please keep in mind that the process takes roughly seven to fifteen days. We recommend applying for your card before you travel to Spain so that it will be ready by the time you arrive.
Steps to follow
- Place the order on our website.
- Send a follow-up email to info@smartinsiders.com and attach a passport-sized photo of yourself in color with a white background and a copy of your passport or ID.
- We will order your card and it will be delivered in up to fifteen business days.
